INTRO:
"We want to go back to what we were doing fifty years ago. We work the land with oxen, we do not use mechanical means, fertilizers or even irrigation. We take what the earth offers us". It is with this philosophy that Alessio and Daniele from the Pagliarino Agricultural Company produce their white potato from Pietralunga. The tuber is grown in the small Umbrian town of Alta Valtiberina in a context not vitiated by the agronomic techniques imposed by intensive cultivation.
